About Max Hybrid

I’m Max van Marle. Full time athlete, physiotherapist, and trainer from Twente (Almelo), the Netherlands.
Under the name Max Hybrid, I combine extreme strength with endurance and explosiveness: a unique combination.

For example, I completed the Deadlift Mile Challenge: deadlifting 500 lbs (227 kg) and running a mile in under 5 minutes on the same day. Only a handful of athletes worldwide have ever achieved this.

With a background in physiotherapy, I combine scientific knowledge with real-world experience, helping others push their physical limits in a responsible, goal-oriented, and sustainable way.

MY CURRENT MISSION

I’m on the road to becoming the world’s strongest Ironman.
Right now, the record stands at 9:57 with a 1000 lbs total. My mission is to break it.
