Over the past years, I’ve helped athletes break PRs, return stronger after injuries, and build the complete hybrid skill set: strength, endurance, and speed. These are just a few of the results my clients achieved with tailored coaching and consistent guidance.
For years I struggled with chronic back pain. I couldn’t sleep or go to school without medication. Every doctor told me to stop bending my spine. I tried everything and nothing worked. Then I found Max Hybrid. Within a year I was training pain-free, and eventually pulled a 200 kg deadlift. Something I never thought I’d achieve.
After years of only gym training I decided to look for a bit more allround training. I was really strong but had a hard time moving well and enduring anything beside a small walk. I reached out to Max and he helped me developing more allround. Now I not only feel better but even surpassed my alltime strength numbers in the gym.
