I completed the Deadlift Mile Challenge: deadlifting 500 lbs (227 kg) and running a mile in under 5 minutes on the same day. Only a handful of athletes worldwide have ever achieved this.
My whole life I’ve been obsessed with sports. It’s what brings me the most joy, challenge, and purpose. In my younger years I played all kinds of sports, and around the age of 16 I discovered the gym and became fully invested in it. At the end of 2020 I got back into athletics, and after just 7 months of training I managed to run 49.36 in the 400m. With that insane progress in such a short time, I decided to go all in on athletics to try and go pro.
I sadly didn’t make it. Injury after injury kept setting me back, and eventually I broke down mentally because my achievements weren’t where I expected them to be. That’s when I decided to shift my focus, training more all-round instead of hyper-focused, and that’s how I found hybrid training. I fell in love with it quickly; it challenges me in an extreme but broad way, exactly what I had been searching for.
I love pushing my limits and helping others push theirs as well. Together we always keep moving forward.
